Job Summary
The Sydani Fellowship Programme is built to offer an engaging platform for young talents to nurture leadership skills, gain hands-on work exposure in consulting, and build technical abilities that support strong performance.
As a Fellow at Sydani, you will handle defined sections of a project and receive mentoring from Sydani experts in a fast-learning setting.
The fellowship lasts for about four to five (4–5) months. Each fellow gets to tackle real problems in the work environment, gaining exposure to deep analysis and strategic thinking involved in solving them.
Qualifications and Competences
To apply, the candidate must have graduated with a first-class or second-class upper from an accredited institution
Applicants with a second-class lower or third-class degree must hold a postgraduate qualification
Great eye for detail and strong critical thinking abilities
Strong writing and speaking skills
Good planning skills and ability to handle several tasks at once.
