- United Nations Security designation list (UN Sanctions List)
- U.S. Treasury’s Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (US Treasury Sanctions List)
- System for Award Management (SAM) (SAM Exclusion List)
- Governments and Multilateral banks like the World Bank and African Development Bank.
- No Fraud or Corruption: You must confirm that you’ve never been involved or found guilty of fraud or corruption in any past deals.
