Requirements
To be eligible for the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC) Recruitment in 2024, you must meet certain requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
You should have a B.Sc. or Master’s Degree from an approved Tertiary Institution in a relevant field of study.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Development Planning, Development Policy, or a related discipline like Economics, Social Sciences, or Monitoring and Evaluation with a strong analytical background.
- Certification from a recognized and relevant professional body.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of work experience after obtaining your qualifications, with at least five (5) years in senior management roles.
- A good understanding of national and international development issues and a strong grasp of the national and sub-national planning processes, including Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Demonstrable evidence of previous work involving strategic and/or development planning.
- Proven experience in research and policy analysis with publications in reputable journals.
- Ability to generate and implement new ideas.
- Excellent skills in resource mobilization.
- Knowledge of research, data analysis, interpretation, and proficiency in using ICT, including Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software.
Computer Skills:
It is essential to have a good understanding of computers and their basic applications to carry out various tasks as required by the organization.
