1.) Brand Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to join our marketing team. In this role you will develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand identity increase brand awareness and support business growth. We need someone with a creative mind strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement brand marketing strategies
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across social media advertising and events
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitor activities
- Prepare reports and insights from post-campaign analysis
- Lead product launches in-store promotions and brand activation events
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Support the development of new products and monitor their performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success
- Promote the brand values in all communications
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of two years experience in brand management or marketing roles

2.) IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager
Location: Victoria Island Lagos
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Manager to lead our IT operations. You will be responsible for managing IT systems ensuring data security and providing real-time insights to support strategic business decisions. The role involves driving process automation using AI and making sure the company complies with data regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure and ensure data security
- Maintain databases ERP systems and critical business software
- Work with IT vendors and integrate AI to streamline operations
- Develop IT policies and deliver staff training sessions
- Build real-time dashboards and automate internal reporting
- Analyze KPIs for strategic decisions
- Implement predictive analytics and ensure data consistency

What We Are Looking For

Location: Lekki Lagos

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Wealth or Business Development Manager with a strong background in financial services. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in client relationship management and fund mobilization. Prior experience in asset management will be an advantage. This role requires a professional who already has a strong client network and can drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals institutional investors and corporate clients
- Understand clients financial goals and provide personalized investment advice
- Communicate regularly with clients about portfolio performance and market updates

Business Development and Networking:

What We Are Looking For
