Job Description
We are seeking a capable Office Assistant to support the organization and coordination of daily administrative operations.
The suitable candidate should be a hard-working individual, ready to handle various office support duties and perform well under pressure.
The person must work with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the willingness to improve results using new and smart ways.
Responsibilities
- Organize office activities and assist team members to improve workflow
- Handle and share communication documents in a timely manner
- Keep records up to date, ensuring data accuracy
- Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars
- Monitor stock levels and manage shortages
- Fix office-related issues and attend to requests
- Work with other departments to follow company procedures

- Plan and manage all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display ads
- Develop and maintain social media platforms
- Track and report digital campaign results, comparing with set goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Run and review tests for conversions and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams for landing page creation and user improvement
- Find trends and adjust campaign efforts accordingly
- Think of fresh and creative growth strategies
- Analyze complete user journey across different touchpoints
- Track and improve conversion paths
- Partner with vendors and agencies
- Review and suggest adoption of new technologies
Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Marketing or any related field
- Strong experience handling SEO/SEM, email, social media, and ad campaigns

- Familiar with ad serving platforms (DART, Atlas)
