4.) Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
The selected candidate will manage social media platforms by handling content creation, scheduling, daily platform operations, and producing designs for promotional and campaign use.
Responsibilities
- Create a social media calendar each month and submit it 15 days before the start of the new month
- Schedule posts in advance—at least two weeks before their publish dates
- Handle branding images, product photography, demo videos, catalog updates, and customer responses with the Marketing Manager
- Design holiday campaigns, promotional visuals, and Google Ads materials
- Ensure brand tone, identity, and niche presence are maintained consistently
- Study platform timing, spot content gaps, and work towards higher user engagement
- Grow audience organically while monitoring performance
- Set clear goals and report on return on investment
- Review SEO metrics and website traffic performance
- Update social platform designs and introduce new features to improve brand visibility
- Support packaging templates, event promotions, showroom setup, SOP documents, and marketing materials like jingles, tags, and uniforms
- Strengthen brand reach on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
