1.) Digital Social Media Marketer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Plan, implement, and oversee social media marketing strategies aimed at meeting business objectives
  • Carry out market research to discover trends, insights, alongside identifying target audiences

Content Creation & Management:

  • Craft engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Produce graphics, videos, as well as multimedia materials to boost audience interaction
  • Use scheduling tools to manage and organize regular posts across platforms

Community Engagement:

  • Respond to comments, direct messages, as well as inquiries from followers in a timely manner
  • Build community relations by engaging in relevant online discussions

Brand Management:

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging throughout all channels
  • Safeguard and enhance the brand’s image online by managing public feedback

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track performance, monitor engagement, and evaluate campaign results
  • Create and present reports to stakeholders to assess outcomes and guide future plans

Advertising Management:

  • Design and manage PPC campaigns and paid ads to increase visibility and audience interaction
  • Evaluate ad performance while adjusting targeting and budget allocations as needed

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Cooperate with marketing teams such as SEO, PR, and content for aligned efforts
  • Engage with influencers or partners for broader campaign reach and awareness

Trend Awareness & Content Curation:

  • Stay informed on new platform features, industry trends, and adopt best practices
  • Share relevant third-party content that adds value to followers

Campaign Execution:

  • Organize and carry out campaigns connected to product launches, promotions, or events
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and adjust based on real-time feedback

Social Listening:

  • Monitor social platforms for mentions, sentiment, and industry conversations
  • Use feedback from interactions to inform marketing strategies and product updates

Training & Guidelines:

  • Create social media guidelines and recommend best practices for internal use
  • Train staff members on effective platform usage and brand communication

Tool Utilization:

  • Apply tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights

Requirements

  • Applicants must have relevant qualifications along with at least 2 years of experience

Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦90,000 monthly

2.) Marketing & Content Creation Intern

Responsibilities

  • Help in managing and producing content for social media platforms
  • Design engaging visual or written material for campaigns and promotions
  • Support post scheduling, platform engagement, and brand awareness activities
  • Assist with email marketing, blogging, and planning campaigns
  • Monitor digital trends and suggest innovative ideas to boost performance
  • Other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields (not mandatory for self-taught creatives)
  • Passion for marketing, branding, and digital storytelling
  • Capable of scripting, shooting, and editing creative content
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under deadlines
  • Some experience in content creation, graphics, or basic video editing
  • Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, and Canva
  • Strong writing and design sense, plus attention to visuals and transitions
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Open-minded and eager to learn in a fast-moving workspace

3.) Hotel Housekeeper

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms on a daily basis
  • Complete checklists and room inspection reports
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold relevant qualifications with 1–5 years of related experience

Salary: ₦35,000 – ₦50,000 per month
