Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Resolve complaints while maintaining a calm, empathetic tone aligned with the brand.
- Collaborate with fulfillment, sales, and marketing teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Record interactions and feedback using the CRM system.
- Manage customer reviews, testimonials, and social media comments.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, or fashion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
