Job Overview
We are currently hiring two enthusiastic and detail-driven Account Officers to join our finance team—one in Ikeja and the other in Sagamu.
The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting general financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Generate financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Track and evaluate financial activities and results
- Assist with budget creation and forecasting
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve irregularities
- Handle both payables and receivables
- Adhere to accounting guidelines and internal protocols
- Work closely with other departments and external auditors
- Provide support with admin and finance tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar finance role
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tools like QuickBooks or Sage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Great attention to detail and precision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- ICAN / ACCA certification or partial certification is an added benefit
- Must be living in or ready to work in either Ikeja or Sagamu

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Officer to lead and manage our fleet operations nationwide.
Candidates must have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or e-commerce space and will oversee the efficiency, cost management, and regulatory compliance of all vehicle operations.
The role is based in Ikeja, with responsibility for multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day fleet activities across Nigeria
- Ensure timely maintenance and optimal condition of vehicles
- Control costs related to fuel, repair, and servicing
- Enforce policies and practices for better operations
- Make sure all vehicles meet licensing and legal standards
- Lead driver hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Utilize GPS and fleet software for tracking and planning
- Generate reports on usage, breakdowns, and expenses
- Work with logistics and operations to align fleet strategy
- Quickly handle breakdowns and fleet issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Logistics, Business Admin, or relevant field
- 3–6 years of fleet management experience, ideally in FMCG/e-commerce
- Track record of managing fleets across regions
- Proficient in GPS systems and fleet management tools
- Good knowledge of safety, legal, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong skills in decision-making, organization, and multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Logistics or Transport is a plus
