We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1.) Senior Accounts Officer

Location: Lagos
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports to: Head of Finance / Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Accounts Officer handles key accounting operations, ensures proper financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and contributes to the smooth running of the finance department.
The position requires good analytical ability, accuracy, as well as multitasking in various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

  • Prepare and maintain proper financial documentation in line with accounting rules
  • Post journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and close monthly accounts on time
  • Generate P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Support audit processes by providing financial records and answers to queries

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Oversee invoices, vendor payments, and account reconciliation
  • Monitor receivables, follow up on collections, and track overdue accounts
  • Ensure clients are billed correctly and payments are received promptly

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecast projections
  • Track department budget performance and report deviations to management

Tax & Compliance:

  • Ensure the company complies with tax laws (VAT, PAYE, WHT, corporate tax)
  • Submit statutory returns accurately and on schedule
  • Stay updated on regulatory and tax policy changes

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

  • Maintain internal control systems for financial operations
  • Recommend process improvements for better efficiency
  • Keep records of accounting systems, workflows, and documentation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a medium or large-sized business
  • Professional certification like ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables and formulas

2.) Product Sales Manager (Hardware)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports to: Head of Sales / General Manager – Commercial

Job Summary

The Product Sales Manager (Hardware) will be in charge of boosting product sales, increasing revenue, and driving the market reach for our hardware product category.
The role includes managing vendors, planning go-to-market approaches, and leading sales activities across both retail and corporate channels.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Create and apply strategies to sell hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.)
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Manage pricing, discount offers, and margin analysis for the product line
  • Grow the customer base through new client acquisition and retention

Product & Channel Management:

  • Act as the key product lead for hardware offerings, ensuring they are well promoted and available
  • Work with procurement to manage inventory levels according to demand
  • Track competitors, pricing, and market movements
  • Train and guide sales teams on new hardware offerings

Client & Partner Engagement:

  • Build lasting relationships with OEM brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.
  • Visit clients regularly (in-person or virtually) to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Lead B2B negotiations and proposals with senior decision-makers

Performance Reporting:

  • Submit sales performance reports weekly and monthly
  • Monitor hardware product KPIs and provide actionable feedback
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and periodic product review sessions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar fields
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT hardware or tech product sales
  • History of meeting or surpassing sales goals
  • Familiar with hardware brands, OEM programs, and enterprise solutions

Key Competencies

  • Excellent business and negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the hardware market and product lifecycle
  • Ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams

  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets
