We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1.) Operations Assistant

Purpose

Responsible for attending to patients, organizing them for proper care, updating records in Odoo or EHA Care systems, and keeping clinic operations smooth to promote high patient flow and timely schedules.
Also includes selling clinic services like membership packages, managing patient appointments, and communicating reminders via SMS, phone, or email.

Engagement

  • Share clear information about clinic services and packages with visitors.
  • Serve as a communication link between patients and various departments like pharmacy, medical, and laboratory teams.
  • Handle HMO client-related queries, check patient eligibility, and get service approvals and coverage from HMOs.

Delivery

  • Manage billing—receive payments via POS, transfers, or cash from clients and HMOs.
  • Assist the team with various tasks that ensure communication and structure.
  • Contribute to the team by taking ownership of new tasks and identifying ways to improve.

Targeted Knowledge

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in positions such as Personal Assistant, Front Desk, or Customer Service roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.

2.) Driver

Job Summary

The Operations Facilities Unit handles the planning and support for facility management, IT, fleet, and safety systems. This ensures operations across locations run smoothly.
The Driver is responsible for operating company vehicles, ensuring safety, regular servicing, and following road and traffic rules. Also helps in transporting staff and completing official errands.

Purpose

  • Follow internal rules, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Drive company staff and clients safely.
  • Carry out transport duties for events, patients, distribution, and airport pick-ups.

Engagement

  • Report all driving incidents or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward all team members.
  • Greet and interact with everyone politely.

Delivery

  • Maintain clear records of pickups and drop-offs.
  • Inform supervisor when off-duty.
  • Check vehicle condition before use and report issues.
  • Keep vehicle clean and in working condition.
  • Avoid prohibited actions like using phones while driving.

Targeted Knowledge

3.) Pharmacist

Mission

The Pharmacy Unit supports the organization’s medical care through safe and effective use of medicines. This involves providing correct drugs, patient education, and ensuring the best treatment outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose

  • Offer expert guidance on medicine usage for maximum patient benefit.
  • Help write and review pharmacy policies.
  • Take part in health outreach activities.
  • Advise on use of cosmetics and non-drug items.
  • Monitor clinical risks related to medicine use.

Engagement

  • Keep proper patient education records.
  • Use clinic manuals to teach patients and families.
  • Follow EHA Clinics’ Code of Conduct and medical ethics.
  • Help patients with small symptoms or refer them to doctors.
  • Support patient emotional health and reduce anxiety.

Delivery

  • Fill and dispense prescriptions based on doctor’s orders.
  • Keep drugs arranged and easy to access.
  • Maintain the drug inventory and automated records.
  • Check prescriptions for legal and health accuracy.
  • Label, stock, and control medicine supply.
  • Suggest medication plans that reduce side effects.
  • Stay updated with latest practices through training and journals.

Targeted Knowledge

  • B.Pharm, PharmD, or M.Pharm
  • Minimum 2 years of post-NYSC experience in private or public pharmacy setting
  • Must be registered with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
  • Active practicing license required
