About the Role
Hempawa Consult is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing fintech client looking for a target-driven and energetic Customer Acquisition Specialist (Telesales).
The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, communicating the value of the company’s offerings, and converting leads into active users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach potential clients through phone calls, SMS, and messaging platforms to introduce the company’s fintech services
  • Clearly explain product benefits and features aligned with each customer’s needs
  • Assist potential users with the onboarding and sign-up processes in a clear and professional manner
  • Use CRM tools to maintain follow-ups and track lead progress
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly acquisition goals
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and product to align communication and support customer journey
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve services

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of telesales or customer acquisition experience (preferably in fintech or tech-related fields)

About the Role
We are looking for an approachable, well-organized, and digitally skilled Front Desk & Customer Support Associate to act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The preferred candidate should combine a warm personality with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent support in-person and through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to the appropriate departments
  • Respond to inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and live chat
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring professionalism
  • Help new users onboard and explain digital service usage
  • Work closely with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues
  • Record interactions and update customer information using CRM tools
  • Support administrative duties and help improve customer experience processes

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Prior experience in front desk or customer support roles
