1.) Solutions Architect
Job Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- You will be in charge of identifying, designing, and drafting Bill of Materials with costings for solutions relating to Network and Collaboration technologies, including Intelligent Building Management Systems.
- You may also be required to design solutions in other areas as assigned by the company from time to time.
- Your goal is to deliver creative solutions that address customer problems at cost-effective price points while maintaining quality and ethical standards.
- You will work with external vendors, OEMs, and the sales team to ensure high performance of the solutions within your assigned areas. You will also advise the organization on evolving technology trends relevant to your portfolio. You will be responsible for meeting revenue targets tied to the solutions you oversee. The effectiveness of these solutions will be evaluated periodically.
- You will be part of a team focused on building and implementing scalable solutions that align with customer expectations.
- Engaging with customers via email, phone, or in-person to gather requirements.
- Strong understanding of Compute, Backup/Disaster Recovery, Systems, and Microsoft-based solutions.
- Good knowledge of Networking, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security solutions.
- Maintain strong working relationships with OEMs, in-field sellers, and partners within your area.
- Support sales activities by focusing efforts that improve team output and profitability, as directed by the Presales or Sales Lead.
- Proactively create technical solutions that address customer needs, evaluate their expressed and unexpressed requirements, and propose high-value recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, support, and services to ensure proposed solutions match business requirements.
- Achieve assigned targets for revenue generation within designated products, market regions, or sales teams.
- Pursue opportunities for new business within existing clients, working alongside the sales team to ensure these leads are followed up and developed.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels in line with company expectations.
- Complete assigned training programs and professional development goals within set deadlines.
- Establish strong executive-level relationships with clients and partners to drive deeper engagement with ITH’s solutions.
- Foster collaboration with both internal and external parties to maximize performance.
- Create system configurations, oversee installations, and enforce system standards to establish the customer environment.
- Design and implement new solutions and strengthen the existing system infrastructure.
- Improve network performance by monitoring, diagnosing outages, managing upgrades, and working with architects to optimize networks.
- Enhance knowledge by attending trainings, reading publications, expanding networks, and joining professional associations.
- Prepare and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Assist in evaluating technical sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, support, and service teams to ensure solutions proposed are technically sound and meet customer expectations.
- Respond to technical inquiries within RFIs and RFPs.
- Assist team leadership in developing and applying yearly work plans and resource allocations according to company strategies.

2.) Senior Relationship Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

- Master’s degree will be an added benefit

3.) IT Application & Automation Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Applications Management:
- Configure, manage, and tailor Zoho One applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk) based on company needs.
- Build automated workflows within Zoho to boost operational efficiency.
- Set and control user access and security within Zoho platforms.
- Provide training and support for Zoho applications and new features.
Business Process Automation & Integration:
- Design and launch custom apps and flows using Zoho Creator, Power Apps, and other low-code tools.
- Automate tasks and connect Zoho with third-party tools via APIs.
- Use scripting tools like Deluge, Power Automate, etc., to support automation.
- Pinpoint process gaps and introduce automation to reduce errors and manual work.
- Link Zoho tools with Microsoft 365 and other external apps.
System Administration & Support:
- Oversee the stability of Zoho apps and resolve system issues.
- Partner with departments to gather requirements and deploy system upgrades.
- Handle data migration, software updates, and regular backups.
- Keep track of licenses and ensure vendor compliance.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, etc.
- Offer tech support and respond to Zoho and M365-related issues.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, system settings, and support processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field
- At least 2 years of experience managing and customizing Zoho apps
- Strong background with Zoho Creator, CRM, and Deluge scripting
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or equivalent tools
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integration, and automation tools
- Basic scripting knowledge (SQL, JavaScript, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and business optimization abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, or other tools in the Zoho suite
- Knowledge of RPA tools, Power Platform, or ERP integration
