1.) Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Scope
Develop and implement new estate brokerage, property management, and valuation assignments for the branch.
Responsible for leading and supervising the full operations of the designated branch to ensure profitability.
Oversee Capital Markets, Property/Facility Management, and Valuations within the location.
Manage the branch’s client portfolio while also driving new business.
Requirements
Experience:
- First Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of Second Class
- Minimum of 12–15 years of solid experience in real estate agency, valuation, and property/facility operations
- Must be an Associate of NIESV
- ESVARBON registration is compulsory
- RICS membership is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market (Port Harcourt)
- Strong client relationship management and team collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled in multitasking and problem resolution

2.) Senior Property Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Scope
Oversee and supervise the Property Management department
Drive portfolio expansion to meet annual business targets
Responsibilities
- Supervise Knight Frank’s managed properties, ensuring proper operations and tenant relationships
- Address tenant issues and oversee tenant events
- Ensure timely lease renewals and documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual service charge reports
- Work with the Finance team to manage service charge accounts
- Handle relationships with external vendors and ensure performance compliance
- Provide leadership to the property team and maintain high morale
- Recommend rental changes based on market trends
- Oversee all aspects of property management including compliance, maintenance, and budgets
- Coordinate preventive maintenance plans with the facility department
- Evaluate and mentor property management staff
- Represent Knight Frank at housing-related meetings and state interactions
- Handle all compliance matters for managed assets
- Ensure full occupancy of managed properties
- Conduct site visits with prospective tenants and guide them
Professional Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Estate Management or related field (2nd Class Upper minimum)
- Member of NIESV and ESVARBON
- 12–15 years’ experience in property management

3.) Senior Facility Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Scope
Coordinate operations for Knight Frank facilities, manage budgets, monitor security and cleaning vendors, oversee maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits across all managed facilities to detect issues and execute solutions
- Regularly assess and mitigate risks
- Create and manage facility operation manuals and maintenance schedules
- Perform preventive checks to minimize equipment failure
- Collaborate with the Tenders Committee for vendor evaluations
- Manage vendor performance on maintenance and repair tasks
- Conduct training sessions for FM staff
- Handle and defend the service charge budgets of assigned buildings
- Partner with Finance to prepare and review service charge accounts
- Approve cost sharing for service charges across properties
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards
- Supervise renovation and construction projects
- Oversee daily security and cleanliness across sites
- Submit periodic facility performance reports to clients and stakeholders
Person Specification
- First Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Master’s in Project Management, Facility Management, or related field
- COREN membership is a plus
- 12–15 years’ experience in facility management
- Strong background in multi-tenant commercial buildings
