We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1.) Teller

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Resolve complaints and help with account issues.
  • Promote bank services and products to clients.
  • Record and maintain accurate transaction data.
  • Process currency and client information confidentially.
  • Deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Log all interactions and complaints properly.
  • Stay informed about products to answer customer questions.
  • Communicate with clients across different platforms.

Requirements:

  • OND / HND holders with 1–3 years of related experience.
  • Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and service delivery skills.
  • Accuracy and efficiency in processing tasks.

2.) IT Support Staff

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support for systems, software, and devices.

  • Conduct regular servicing of systems and equipment.
  • Assist with upgrades and system installations.
  • Provide IT training for new hires and staff.

  • Knowledge of mobile apps, USSD, or agency banking.
  • Basic scripting experience is a plus.

3.) Head of Risk and Internal Control

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

This is a senior position responsible for building strong risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the internal control systems. The successful candidate will report to the MD and Audit/Risk Board Committee.

Key Duties:

Risk Management:

  • Set up an enterprise-wide risk control strategy.
  • Monitor and address credit, market, and liquidity risks.
  • Define and track risk thresholds.

Internal Controls:

  • Build effective internal control procedures.
  • Lead audit exercises and recommend improvements.
  • Address and correct operational weaknesses.

Compliance:

  • Ensure full adherence to CBN and legal standards.
  • Coordinate inspections and external audits.
  • Keep policies updated based on regulatory changes.

Reporting & Governance:

  • Provide risk and audit reports to the board.
  • Present trends and insights to senior management.

Incident Handling:

  • Investigate fraud and operational issues.
  • Manage reports from whistleblowing channels.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with auditors, regulators, and third parties.
  • Lead awareness training to embed a risk-conscious culture.

Performance Measures (KPIs):

  • Timely identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Fewer losses from risk events or control lapses.
  • Compliance with audit deadlines and regulatory filings.
  • Speedy resolution of operational incidents.
  • Staff awareness and completion of training programs.
  • Positive reviews from regulatory bodies and auditors.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk, Accounting, or Law.
  • Master’s degree or certifications like ACA, MCIB, ACCA, CISA, or CAMS is an added advantage.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in compliance or internal control, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of Nigerian and CBN financial regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERM frameworks and policy creation.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
