Job Description
Reports To: Senior Manager – Sales Channels
Division: Sales and Distribution
Mission
Build and manage MTNN’s retail sales strategy. Plan how products are distributed through the retail network.
Description
- Assist in demand planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting to meet targets.
- Ensure retail channel strategy aligns with overall Sales & Distribution goals.
- Analyze channel performance and ensure products are distributed efficiently.
- Set dealer performance criteria and allocate targets regionally.
- Explore new sales opportunities through market and competitor research.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to support growth.
- Monitor profitability and performance, create periodic reports for review.
- Enforce operational standards for direct sales team.
- Support retail teams with coaching, training, and evaluations.
Education & Experience
Education
- First degree in a related field
- Fluent in English
Experience
- 6–13 years of experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Worked in medium to large companies
- Experience in retail management (including 3rd party & franchise operations)
- Exposure to financial management and SME profitability
