Did you sign up for a job at the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) on the internet?

If you want to know if you got to the next step, this guide is for you! This guide will tell you how to see the list of people chosen.

You can also get a copy of the list, usually as a PDF, to keep for yourself.

The NIMC shortlisted candidates for 2024/2025 will be available soon. This list will show the names of people who successfully applied online and met all the requirements.

How to Check

To know if you’re picked for NIMC 2024/2025:

  • Wait: The list isn’t out yet. Wait for it on the official site.
  • Check Email: Look in your email for messages from NIMC about being picked.
  • Visit the Site: You can also go to nimc.gov.ng for news.
  • Look for Your Name: When the list’s up, search for your name there.
  • Screening: Just being picked doesn’t mean you’re in. There’ll be tests. You’ll get details in your email.
  • If you pass, you might get a job.

Required Documents for Screening 2024

Here’s what you need:

  • Registration Slip: Print out your registration slip from the NIMC portal.
  • Certificate of State of Origin: Make sure you have a certificate of state of origin duly signed.
  • Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age: Bring either your birth certificate from the National Population Commission or an affidavit of declaration of age.
  • Online Application Reply: Have a copy of the printout of the reply to your online application.
  • Passport Photographs: Carry recent passport photographs for identification purposes.
  • Educational Certificates: Bring along your educational certificates for verification.
  • Certificate of Local Government Area (L.G.A) of Origin: Obtain a certificate of L.G.A of origin (Local Government Identification).
  • Valid Means of Identity: Carry a valid means of identity such as a Valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, National Identification Number (NIN), Nigerian International Passport, or Voters card.
  • Bank Verification Number (BVN): Ensure you have your Bank Verification Number (BVN) handy for verification purposes.

Note: Please be advised not to engage with any individuals or entities claiming they can assist you in securing a position on the Shortlisted Candidates list for 2024.
