What is Yellopreneur?
MTN Yellopreneur is a program designed to support women in entrepreneurship. The program offers two key benefits:
- Capacity Building Training: Participants will receive virtual training sessions that cover essential business skills. These sessions will be a mix of self-paced learning and instructor-led modules. MTN will even provide data to ensure you can participate fully in the online training.
- Equipment Loan up to N3 Million: After completing the training, successful applicants will have the opportunity to receive an equipment loan of up to N3 million. The loan amount will be determined based on your business plan.
Who can Apply?
- Female Business Owners: This program is open to female entrepreneurs who are passionate about running their own businesses.
- Existing Businesses: Your business must be operational for at least two years.
- Focus on Specific Sectors: The program prioritizes businesses in manufacturing, processing, agriculture, ICT/digital services, financial services, and those that source raw materials locally.
- Minimum Qualification: You must have a minimum of a Secondary School Certificate.
Selection Process
MTN partners with the Bank of Industry (BOI) to deliver this program.
Applications will be reviewed, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the training program.
